The NNA welcomes all to this community website for the purposes of engaging in a dialogue on the several message forums and blogs included herein, whether you are a Newport resident or not. We also invite you to learn about the Newport and surrounding communities which we represent, as well as Jersey City, and to explore the shops and restaurants here.

While we believe the private Newport development is a vision on its way to being completed, and provides a genuinely peaceful setting for residents to experience the scenic Manhattan skyline, there is much that needs to be done.

This includes the provision of public amenities such as a public park, library, community meeting rooms and addressing pedestrian safety. We welcome your comments on these and other issues of concern.
